2. Use of the Service
AIONA provides meal tracking, nutritional analysis, wellness insights, and an AI-powered chat — each based on user input such as meal photos, dietary information, and conversational messages.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its proper operation.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Health Disclaimer
AIONA provides wellness and nutrition insights for informational purposes only.

The AI chat generates responses based on your logged data and health profile. These responses are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute professional dietary, medical, or clinical advice. You should not rely solely on AI chat responses when making decisions about your health or nutrition.
5. Subscriptions
Some features of AIONA require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store payment system and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings after purchase.
Payments and billing are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
6. User Content
The Service may allow users to upload content such as meal photos, food descriptions, or other information related to meals and nutrition.
By submitting content through the Service, you grant AIONA a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving its functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIONA and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIONA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users within the app.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You acknowledge that:

- AI-generated content does not represent the advice of a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional.
- You use AI chat responses at your own risk and should consult a professional for any health-related decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue the AI chat feature at any time.
